Koncept Image Pte Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic Exhibition Project Management Executive with a positive “can-do” attitude to join us and be part of our team. The Exhibition Design & Build Project Management Executive will play a key role in managing client relationships, and overseeing the project process and on-site management for custom-designed exhibition stands and related services. Reporting to the Senior VP, you will take the lead to bringing projects from concept to completion. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind exciting exhibition and event projects, coordinating with clients, designers, production teams, and vendors to ensure every booth is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. Key Responsibilities : Exhibition Project Management: Manage exhibition booth projects from award through to final handover, ensuring successful execution within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring clear, timely communication throughout each project. Coordinate with designers, production teams, contractors, suppliers, and venue organisers to ensure seamless project delivery. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor milestones, and proactively manage risks and potential delays. Prepare project quotations, budgets, cost estimates, purchase orders, and monitor project profitability. Source and liaise with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship, competitive pricing, and timely delivery. Ensure exhibition booths comply with venue regulations, safety requirements, and client specifications. Coordinate logistics, including transportation, installation, dismantling, and on-site support during exhibitions. Conduct regular project updates and internal coordination meetings to ensure alignment across all stakeholders. Undertake any other duties as assigned to support the successful delivery of exhibition and event projects. On-site management of the installation, build and dismantling Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Event Management, Business, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in exhibitions, events, interior fit-out, or project coordination will have an advantage. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset. Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving abilities. Willing to work under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment. Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, when required during project installations or exhibitions. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with project management tools is an advantage. Basic understanding of exhibition booth construction, event operations, or interior fit-out processes is an advantage but not essential.
