About this role

Key Responsibilities Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management In-charge of monthly payroll, claims, reimbursements, CPF submissions, income tax filings (IR8A/IR21), and tax clearance for foreign employees Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, payroll requirements, and company HR policies Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics (headcount, recruitment, overtime, expenses, employee trends) to support management decision-making In-charge of work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related regulatory compliance Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee matters Support performance management and HR initiatives aligned with business objectives Manage employee engagement activities, training administration, and external training providers Manage employee insurance programs, including policy renewals, claims administration, and employee benefits communication Maintain accurate HR documentation and support internal/external audits, government surveys, and compliance requirements Oversee workplace security and safety administration, including CCTV monitoring, Fire Safety Committee coordination, and safety documentation management Ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned Requirements Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resource Management or related discipline Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with hands-on payroll administration Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, HR operations, payroll, CPF, IRAS requirements, and work pass regulations Experience in HR reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills Well-organized, team player and able to manage multiple priorities independently
