Core Responsibilities: 1. INITIAL TRAINING (Fresh Joiners) - Begin with buzzer clearing and food runner duties - Complete thorough menu learning and storytelling training - Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of all menu items 2. STATION MANAGEMENT - Manage entire station independently with minimal supervision - Handle multiple tables simultaneously with efficiency - Maintain high service standards throughout shift 3.
