Associate Director, Compensation & Benefits

Lead and manage compensation, benefits, performance management, and people policies for Singapore to ensure market competitiveness. Partner with stakeholders to drive end-to-end reward cycles, conduct market analysis, and oversee policy governance and compliance. Requires a degree in any discipline with a preference for HR-related qualifications and at least 10 years of relevant experience in large organizations.
