Peoplesoft Techno-Functional Consultant (Data Migration)

Job Description: Perform end-to-end PeopleSoft data migration, including data extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and deployment. Design, develop, customize, and support PeopleSoft applications and technical components. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Support system enhancements, bug fixes, change requests, and production issues. Work closely with business users, functional consultants, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle. Perform impact analysis and recommend technical solutions for new business requirements. Support system testing activities, including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment. Prepare technical documentation, deployment plans, migration documentation, and knowledge transfer materials. Ensure compliance with internal development standards, change management processes, and security requirements. Develop and maintain PeopleSoft technical objects, including: PeopleCode Application Engine Component Interface Integration Broker SQR Application Packages SQL Scripts Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft development and support. Strong Techno-Functional experience with a heavier focus on technical development. Proven experience in PeopleSoft Data Migration, including data conversion, validation, reconciliation, and migration between environments. Experience supporting application enhancements, maintenance, and production support. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams. Strong hands-on experience with: PeopleCode Application Engine Component Interface Integration Broker SQR Application Designer SQL Oracle Database
