Derivatives Sales - Korea

Our client, a leading global financial services firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales – Listed Derivatives professional to drive institutional business growth across Korea , with coverage extending to Hong Kong and Singapore . This is a front-office, revenue-generating role focused on acquiring new institutional clients, managing strategic relationships, and delivering listed derivatives execution and clearing solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients, including asset managers, hedge funds, banks, proprietary trading firms and corporates. Originate and onboard new business across Korea, Hong Kong and Singapore. Promote listed futures and options across equities, commodities, FX and interest rates. Provide market insights and execution solutions tailored to client needs. Partner with Trading, Product, Clearing, Operations and Compliance teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions. Collaborate with major global exchanges on product and market initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline. 8+ years' experience in listed derivatives sales, trading or clearing. Proven track record of institutional client acquisition and revenue generation. Strong understanding of listed derivatives markets and clearing infrastructure. Existing institutional client relationships in Korea are highly preferred. Excellent business development, relationship management and communication skills.
