M&E Engineer

Job Description: Responsible for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints such as project scope, time, cost and qualityInterpret technical designs and drawings for construction on-site Ensure the project complies with regulations and clients’ specifications Coordinate M&E services and prepare CSD/SEM drawings for submission Coordinate the integration of Civil, Architectural and M&E works on site with clients, consultations and subcontractors Plan, develop and monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion of allocated tasks and schedules Prepare reports to clients and project manager on progress, delays, defects and rectification measures for the M&E works Provide technical advice and resolve M&E technical issues Reporting the progress of M&E works and arranging site inspections with system-wide contractors, sub-contractors and clerk-of-works Requirement: Degree in Electrical Engineering Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
