Position Summary We are looking for a results-driven and culturally adept Sales Executive to develop and manage key client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the business culture in Singapore and possess exceptional communication skills in English and Mandarin. Candidates with a proven sales track record and established client resources will be highly prioritized. Key Responsibilities 1. New Business Development:Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the target market. 2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers. Act as the primary point of contact for clients. 3. Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. 4. Market Intelligence: Serve as the voice of the customer, providing feedback on market trends, competitive activities, and new product opportunities. 5. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing of deals. 6. Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration. Qualifications and Requirements 1. Singapore citizen. 2. Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. 3. Professional fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory. This includes spoken and written communication for business negotiations and presentations. 4. Deep cultural understanding and familiarity with business etiquette in Singapore. 5. Experience in the heat shrinkable materials & new energy industrial products industry are strongly encouraged to apply. 6. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. 7.
