Job Summary You will provide personal assistant support and nanny care for three children, including a high-functioning teen with mental challenges, managing daily communications, family coordination, and ensuring smooth daily routines. Responsibilities Manage daily documentations such as email correspondences between teachers, instructors, service providers and management to ensure clear communication Coordinate family tasks and errands, including purchasing supplies and handling ad-hoc requests to maintain household efficiency Accompany and supervise children aged 16, 13, and 8, with a high focus on supporting the 16-year-old high-functioning mentally challenged teen safely and attentively Apply strong emotional regulation to respond calmly and effectively to sudden changes or challenging situations (Trigger Warning: May involve suicidal attempts during major episodes) Maintain vigilance and attentiveness during all activities, including quieter periods, to ensure child safety and well-being Adapt quickly to changing schedules or unexpected events to support smooth daily family operations Demonstrate mindfulness and sensitivity toward psychological trauma while providing consistent and caring support Exercise firm and thoughtful decision-making during public tantrums to maintain safety without escalating distress Other Information Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM.
