Job Summary Manage construction site operations by coordinating with sub-contractors, resolving site issues, and ensuring projects meet client quality standards while adapting to scope changes and engaging stakeholders effectively. Responsibilities Coordinate daily site operations by liaising with sub-contractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion Manage project scope changes proactively to minimize delays and cost overruns Identify and resolve site issues collaboratively with other trades to maintain project progress Ensure project deliverables comply with client quality standards through regular monitoring and quality checks Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to facilitate project coordination and issue resolution Participate actively in regular consultant meetings to align project objectives and updates Required competencies and certifications Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer Board (PEB) or Building Construction Authority (BCA) Minimum 5 years of local working experience in construction project management Preferred competencies and qualifications Proficient computer literacy to support project documentation and communication Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage responsibilities proactively Other Information Alternate Saturday work required
