Responsibilities Manage full set or partial accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger to maintain accurate financial data Perform bank reconciliations and execute monthly financial closing to ensure completeness and accuracy of accounts Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets, to support business decision-making Process supplier invoices and customer payments promptly to maintain smooth financial operations Monitor accounts receivable and actively follow up on overdue payments to optimize cash flow Prepare GST submissions and assist in audit and tax matters to ensure regulatory compliance Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and documentation for audit readiness Liaise effectively with auditors, tax agents, banks, and suppliers to facilitate financial processes Assist with payroll and CPF submissions as needed to support HR and compliance functions Provide support for administrative duties and other ad-hoc assignments to contribute to overall office efficiency
