Project Manager

Responsibilities :- Oversee the overall execution & construction of the ERSS competently & Professionally & conversant in the statutory requirements of Building Control Act. Co-ordinate and monitor projects Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior Resolve problems arising at sites and attend site meetings Respond to all email correspondence and claim submission within timelines Requirements :- Possess basic Degree in Civil Engineering (with recognized institutions) & Construction Safety Course. Minimum 5 years in Project Management experience is desired. Good command in both written & spoken in English. Self-motivated and committed to works. 5.5 days week. Possess valid Class 3 driving license & own transport is preferred.
