Engineer, Design (HVAC)

Location: Woodlands Working Hours: 5.5 days per week (Mon to Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Sat: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM) Willingness to commit to extended hours Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Job Responsibilities Assist in HVAC design and coordination for semiconductor projects Support cooling load calculations and HVAC system sizing Assist in ducting layouts, airflow analysis, and equipment selection Support installation and commissioning of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and exhaust systems Coordinate with cleanroom, electrical, and piping teams Assist in troubleshooting HVAC performance issues Learn and comply with BCA, NEA, and WSH requirements Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Exposure to HVAC or building services design is a plus Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or HVAC software is preferred Basic understanding of thermodynamics and heat transfer Strong problem-solving skills Willingness to learn and work in a team environment The candidate must be fluent in both Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders Candidates with good experience will be considered for a higher role, and the salary will be commensurate accordingly
