Purchase Executive / Senior

Location : Willingness to travel between Tampines and Woodland Working Hours : 5 days per week (Mon to Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM) Willingness to commit to extended hours when required Job Responsibility: Source, compare, procure & negotiate with subcontractors, manufacturer and material suppliers (preferable M&E related experience) Support engineers by anticipating requirements and reacting quickly to changes in demand Key liaison for international and domestics vendors Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for effective order fulfillment Manage logistics with third-party providers for shipments. Business knowledge on Import and Export business and international trade business Maintain control list or able to develop the format by different demand Requirement: Minimum Diploma level or equivalent Minimum 3 years relevant experience in construction or related industry Good communication, reading, and writing skills in both English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese associates Personality with positive, proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point) Willingness to learn Candidates with good experience will be considered for senior role. Compensation will be commensurate accordingly.
