Job Summary Work in a cold room environment with a 5-day work week, maintaining physical fitness and good health. Communicate effectively in English and Chinese. Hold a Level One Food Hygiene Certificate to ensure safe food handling. Responsibilities Perform duties efficiently in a cold room environment to maintain product quality and safety Maintain physical fitness and good health to meet the demands of the role Communicate clearly in English and Chinese to follow instructions and coordinate tasks Apply food safety practices in compliance with Level One Food Hygiene Certificate standards Required competencies and certifications Level One Food Hygiene Certificate (must have) Preferred competencies and qualifications Ability to speak and write English and Chinese (preferred for effective communication) Other Information 5 days work week Cold room working environment Physically fit in good health
