A Day in the Life As a strategic market intelligence partner within our Travel Retail team, you will be the analytical powerhouse driving our travel retail strategy across key APAC markets including Japan, and Southeast Asia & Pacific. You will transform complex data into actionable insights, providing the commercial intelligence that fuels business growth and shapes our future success. Strategic Analysis & Forecasting: You will drive strategic decision-making by delivering insightful analysis of consumer behavior, market trends, and key business drivers. Your rigorous review of BU and categorial performance and investments will be critical to our forecasting and budgeting processes. Market Intelligence & Insight Generation: You will source, develop, and own market intelligence to provide a clear and accurate picture of the competitive landscape. Your analysis will ensure internal teams have the latest understanding of the business environment to drive market growth. Cross-Functional Business Partnership: You will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across commercial, marketing, finance, and operations teams, acting as a key advisor and ensuring insights are embedded in their strategies. Data Storytelling & Reporting: You will create and deliver high-impact business reports, including management presentations, fact sheets, and dynamic dashboards, to communicate key findings and strategic recommendations to leadership. We Are Looking For We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated self-starter with a strong commercial mindset and a proven ability to translate data into strategy. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a creative, entrepreneurial approach to solving business challenges. You are an ideal candidate if you: Hold a degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Have at least 4 years of experience from consulting firm or a market intelligence / business analysis role, with a strong track record of impactful business analysis. Possess advanced skills in data analysis and visualization tools, particularly PowerBI, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint Are an exceptional communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, fluent in both spoken and written English. Are a fast learner with the agility to manage multiple projects and deliver results with integrity. Analytics skills of Consumer Market Intelligence data for China and regional markets is essential Ability to use Artificial Intelligence augmented tools for data analytics and visualization is preferred High proficiency in Mandarin language is essential to analyze various secondary information published in mandarin language
