Beauty Centre Manager

Responsibilities · Providing all servicesoffered by the salon, which includes hair cutting and styling as well as hairremoval and beauty treatments. · Recruiting salon staffthat meets mandatory educational and licensing requirements. · Preparing workschedules for salon staff. · Setting goals for eachstaff member, evaluating staff performance, and providing training and overallguidance. · Monitoring salonsupplies and equipment and ordering new stock as needed. · Creating anddistributing promotional material to attract new clients. · Addressing andresolving client complaints regarding salon services and employee behaviour. · Processing clients’payments and maintaining accurate financial records. · Ensuring that thesalon is clean and well-maintained at all times. Requirements: · Proven experiencemanaging a salon. · Proficient in allmicrosoft office applications. · The ability to work ina fast-paced environment. · Excellentorganizational skills. · Strong management andleadership skills. · Effectivecommunication skills. · Exceptional customerservice skills.
