Golf Caddie

The Caddy is responsible for assisting golfers during their round by providing support with golf bags, course information, club selection advice, and ensuring an enjoyable golfing experience. The caddy plays an important role in delivering excellent service standards and maintaining the club's reputation. Key Responsibilities Golfer Assistance Carry, transport, and manage golfers' bags and equipment throughout the round. Assist golfers with club selection based on course conditions and distances. Provide accurate information on course layout, hazards, greens, and local rules. Locate and track golf balls during play. Clean golf clubs and golf balls as required during the round. Course Support Repair divots, rake bunkers, and assist in maintaining proper course etiquette. Help ensure pace of play is maintained according to club guidelines. Report any course damage, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to the Golf Operations team. Customer Service Greet golfers professionally and courteously. Deliver exceptional service to members, guests, and visitors. Respond promptly and professionally to golfers' requests. Promote a positive and welcoming club atmosphere. Equipment Care Ensure golf bags, clubs, and related equipment are handled with care. Assist with the loading and unloading of golf bags from buggies or storage areas. Maintain cleanliness and proper appearance of caddy facilities and work areas. Safety & Compliance Adhere to all club policies, safety regulations, and golf course rules. Follow instructions from Golf Operations, Marshals, and Management. Maintain a professional appearance and proper uniform standards at all times. Job Requirements Basic knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and course management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude. Willingness to work on shift schedules.
