About this role

Key Responsibilities Support the planning, coordination, and execution of community engagement and fundraising events. Assist in the development of marketing and communications materials for campaigns and events. Create content for social media platforms and newsletters, including ideation, copywriting, and basic graphic design. Monitor and support the management of the organisation's social media accounts. Assist in the administration of donations, donor records, and related documentation. Provide administrative and operational support to the Community Partnerships team. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to support programme and event implementation where required. Undertake any other projects and duties as assigned by the Head of Department. Requirements Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, Event Management, or a related discipline. Minimum internship commitment of 3 months . Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Basic proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud. Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. A proactive team player with good interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
