Physical Security Senior Manager

The impact you’ll make We are seeking a highly experienced corporate security professional with a global mindset to oversee our sites in the APAC region. The APAC Physical Security Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and guiding the region’s physical security standards and best practices across all of our APAC offices. This position will oversee our regional security managers and their teams, collaborate across other regions to deliver initiatives that will mature Lam’s physical security operations globally, and build rapport across multiple business units and stakeholders. The day to day will be both, tactical and strategic, inclusive of operations, administrative duties, and people management. To be successful in this position and create cohesion across teams, the ideal candidate will travel frequently across the region. This role will require previous experience managing a multi-site team, understanding corporate priorities and how to incorporate them into a regional space, knowledge of physical security best practices inclusive of physical asset protection, executive protection, intellectual property protection, and investigative experience. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a proven track record in the security field, and a solid people manager who can help mature both the team and the global program. This position will report to the Senior Director of Global Security, and will be based in either Singapore or Malaysia, contingent on our top selection.
