Veterinary Receptionist (Full Time)

We are Landon Veterinary Specialists (“LVS”), a leading veterinary hospital in Singapore. We are looking for qualified, like-minded individuals to join us in various positions and departments. Job Summary Join LVS as a full-time team member supporting pet care through reception, communication, and coordination tasks. Responsibilities Welcome pets and their families with friendly and attentive communication to create a positive first impression Answer phone calls promptly and schedule appointments accurately to support smooth clinic operations Receive and verify deliveries from suppliers to maintain proper inventory and supplies Process payments efficiently and accurately to ensure smooth financial transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception, consultation rooms, and surrounding areas to uphold a safe and welcoming environment Coordinate communication between referring clinics and internal departments to facilitate seamless patient care Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience working in the veterinary or medical industry to support clinical operations is preferred but not necessary as training will be provided Experience in a clinical setting to assist with understanding of healthcare environments is preferred but not necessary as training will be provided If you do not have the relevant work experiences but have a love for animals, we welcome you to apply Ability to communicate clearly and professionally on the phone to enhance client interactions Proficiency in spoken and written English to ensure effective communication Comfort and skill in handling small animals safely and compassionately Other Information This is a full-time position consisting of 2 weekdays (2pm to 10pm and 10am to 6pm) and 2 weekends (12pm to 10pm). And you are required to work on some public holidays. During the training period, the working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
