Regional Business Development Manager

Develop and implement Business Development strategies to expand Greenaxis presence across Southeast Asia, Middle East & India. • Identify, qualify, and secure new project opportunities in the Commercial, Healthcare, Hospitality, Industrial, Datacentre, Residential, and Infrastructure sectors within the region. • Build and maintain strong relationships with Main Contractors, MEP Contractors, MEP Consultants, Project Management Consultants (PMC), Architects, Developers, Facility Management Companies, Government Agencies, and Industrial End Users in the region. • Generate, maintain, and regularly update a healthy sales pipeline by identifying prospective clients and monitoring project opportunities from the early planning and design stages. • Leverage existing industry networks and establish new strategic relationships to increase WEPL's market presence and create new business opportunities across the region. • Engage with key decision-makers, including Project Directors, Project Managers, Engineering Managers, Consultants, Facility Managers, Procurement Teams, Asset Owners, and other stakeholders to promote WEPL's solutions and services. • Represent WEPL as a trusted technology partner by understanding client requirements and proposing suitable Building Management System (BMS), Energy Management System (EMS), Smart Building, Building Automation, and related integrated solutions. • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients and strategic accounts to encourage repeat business, cross-selling opportunities, and long-term service partnerships. • Coordinate closely with internal engineering, estimation, project delivery, and management teams to support proposal preparation, tender submissions, project qualification, and successful business acquisition. • Monitor industry trends, government initiatives, regulatory developments, and competitor activities within the region to identify emerging opportunities and provide market intelligence to Management. • Prepare and submit regular reports to Management on business development activities, sales pipeline, client engagements, project opportunities, sales forecasts, and overall business performance. • Due to the regional nature of the role, candidate may occasionally be required to attend meetings or respond to business matters outside normal working hours to accommodate clients in different time zones. Such instances should be kept to a reasonable level and are considered part of the responsibilities of the position. • The job nature requires candidate to be contactable by mobile phone at all reasonable times.
