Senior Architectural Coordinator

Project Coordination role: · Assist Project Architect in project management including but not limited to monitoring of project schedules, meetings and site inspections · Check tenders and construction drawings for accuracy . Contract administration · Handle project completion activities and handing over Technical and Authority Submission role: · Ensure submission drawing comply with authority requirements · Handle Corenet X submission and any other authority submissions · Familiar with planning and obtaining TOP/CSC from BCA and Technical Departments · Prepare and manage internal work schedule for modelers · Attend coordination meeting with internal and external parties Job Requirements : · Diploma from local Polytechnic in Architectural Technology or Degree in Construction Management · Possess strong knowledge of authority requirements and construction detailing · 5 years of relevant working experience · Good communication and strong interpersonal skills · Strong organization and planning skills · BIM experience Interested candidates, please submit your comprehensive CV to hr@laudarchitects.com
