1️⃣ Dealer Sales & Order Management - Visit assigned dealer outlets on fixed schedule to take orders and meet monthly sales targets - Present new models, updated pricing, bundle offers, and promotion terms clearly - Follow up on outstanding orders, slow‑moving stock, and repeat purchase opportunities - Assist dealers with order adjustments, returns, and exchange requests - Confirm dealer meets minimum order quantity and purchase terms 2️⃣ Merchandising & Brand Presentation - Ensure dealer displays our products neatly, grouped by category, with clear visibility - Check that all price tags, product brochures, posters, and display stands are up‑to‑date and placed properly - Verify dealers display our authorized materials only — no unapproved items or competing brands mixed incorrectly - Ensure demo units are clean, connected, and working for dealer demonstrations - Maintain brand consistency across all dealer points 3️⃣ Stock & Supply Management - Check dealer stock levels at every visit; recommend re‑order quantities based on sales trend - Identify overstock / understock / damaged units and report to sales &warehouse team - Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery and resolve delivery discrepancies - Ensure dealers follow proper storage for electrical appliances 4️⃣ Promotion & Dealer Support - Explain and enforce dealer‑only promotions, e‑voucher schemes, and campaign rules - Train dealer sales staff on product features, selling points, warranty terms, and how your e‑voucher works - Distribute and collect promotional materials as instructed - Gather competitor pricing, new products, and market feedback from dealers; submit reports promptly 5️⃣ Compliance & Relationship - Ensure dealers follow authorized pricing, territory rules, and distribution policies - Build strong professional relationships with dealer owners and staff - Submit daily/weekly visit reports: orders collected, stock status, display condition, dealer feedback, issues raised - Update dealer contact list and outlet records regularly - Carry out other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the Sales Department ✅ Key Requirements - Experience in electrical/kitchen appliances or FMCG distribution preferred - Able to explain product specs and terms clearly to business customers - Organised, reliable, and able to travel island‑wide - Basic Excel/Google Sheets for reporting - Good communication in English; additional languages (Chinese/Malay) are an advantage Basic Salary + Attractive Commissions Package
