Architectural Drafter

Key Responsibilities Prepare architectural drawings, shop drawings, construction details, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD. Revise drawings based on architects', consultants', and project team's comments. Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, M&E, and other disciplines to resolve design conflicts. Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, authority requirements, and company standards. Assist in preparing submission drawings for consultants and relevant authorities. Maintain proper drawing registers and document control. Support project teams throughout the construction process by updating drawings as required. Attend coordination meetings when necessary. Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Technical Manager. Requirements Diploma or Higher NITEC in Architecture, Building, Drafting, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant drafting experience in the building construction industry. Proficient in AutoCAD . Knowledge of Revit/BIM will be an added advantage. Familiar with architectural detailing, construction methods, and Singapore building practices. Able to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings. Good communication and coordination skills. Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
