Drafter Cum Technical

Roles & Responsibilities for drafter cum technical Responsible for general drafting work including the detailing of structural, architectural, and other related drawings Prepare 2D & 3D shop and as-built drawings Prepare draft outline and detailed drawings to the appropriate scale for planning submissions and construction purposes Coordinate and assist Project teams in all on-site technical/ engineering matters and authority submissions. Prepare submission of shop drawing / Materials / MOS and Reports. Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Construction 2-3 years experience in Building and Construction industry Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD, Knowledge in REVIT and BIM Organized, meticulous with positive work attitude Able to work independently and a team player Good analytical, supervision, and communication skills Able to read, analyse, understand and interpret design and construction documents and drawings Advanced / Specialist / Management / Graduate Diploma Field of Study - Building Construction Management
