• Preparing, developing and revising 2D and 3D technical drawings — including shop drawings, combined services drawings (CSD), coordination drawings, builders’ work-in-connection (BWIC) layouts and as-built drawings — using AutoCAD and related drafting software for assigned interior fit-out and Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects. • Interpreting architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and ID drawings, and translating design intent and site requirements into accurate, buildable and well-coordinated technical drawings. • Coordinating mechanical, electrical, ACMV, fire protection, plumbing and sanitary (P&S) services against architectural and finishing works, and identifying and resolving clashes to ensure proper spatial coordination. • Supporting the engineering and project team in preparing technical submissions, material approvals, method statements and inspection & test plans, ensuring that drawings comply with the applicable Singapore Standards, codes of practice and the SCDF Fire Code. • Assisting in the take-off of quantities from drawings to support the Cost & Contract team on pricing, procurement, progress claims and variation orders. • Liaising with consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers and the relevant authorities (including BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA and EMA) on drawing submissions, endorsements and approvals as required. • Maintaining proper version control, registers and records of all drawings, revisions and submissions, and ensuring timely distribution of the latest drawings to site and project stakeholders. • Carrying out site measurements and verification as required, and updating drawings to reflect actual site conditions. • Supporting the monitoring of project progress and reporting drawing-related and technical-coordination issues to your supervisor / Project Director. • Observing and championing workplace safety and health in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act and the Company’s safety policies and procedures. • Attending at the place of business of the Company, or at such other places and times as required by the Company; informing the Company immediately of any change in the particulars provided by you; and maintaining strict confidentiality of the Company’s information during and after the term of your employment.
