Join Our Team as a Sales Admin Assistant! We are looking for a Sales Admin Assistant to support our sales team. Key Responsibilities: Order Processing: Receive and process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently. Invoicing: Issue sales transaction invoices and ensure timely billing. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including filing, data entry, and document management. Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed. Document Preparation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain sales reports, documentation and presentations. Other Duties: Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned. Requirements: Education: Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent. Experience: No experience is needed. At least 1 year of experience in sales administration or a related field is a plus. Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word. Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills. Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Team Player: Able to work collaboratively with various departments.
