We’re looking for compassionate and responsible individuals to join our team as Eldercare & Medical Transport Drivers . 💼 Job Responsibilities Safely transport elderly clients between their homes and care centres Operate both solo Eldercare Van services and 2-person Medical Transport teams Assist frail elderly passengers when boarding and alighting vehicles Secure wheelchairs using vehicle locking systems (requires bending/kneeling) Ensure all passengers are properly strapped in with safety belts Operate auto-lifters for wheelchair access Plan efficient daily routes for client pick-ups and drop-offs Adhere strictly to traffic rules and speed limits 🎓 Training & Development Sponsored certification in First Aid Sponsored Defensive Driving Course ✅ Requirements Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or Workplace Literacy & Numeracy Level 4 Valid Class 3 Driving License (min 3 years driving experience) BDVL Vocational Licence is required Defensive Driving certification (preferred but not mandatory) Caring personality with a passion for helping others Physically able to assist elderly passengers (including bending/kneeling) 🕒 Working Hours Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Eldercare Driver role) 💙 Why Join Us?
