Junior 2D / 3D Exhibition Designer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Exhibition Booth Designer to join our creative team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and visualizing custom exhibition stands and event environments that are both visually compelling and functionally effective. This role requires a strong sense of spatial design, brand understanding, and hands-on 3D modeling/rendering skills. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop creative, brand-aligned 3D exhibition booths, kiosks, and event spaces Translate client briefs and brand guidelines into functional spatial experiences Produce high-quality 3D renders, floor plans, and technical drawings for presentation and production Collaborate closely with account managers. Ensure materials, lighting, and layout choices are practical for build and transport Revise designs based on client feedback and production constraints Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies Technical drawing knowledge is a must Required Skills & Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Exhibition Design, Interior Design, Industrial Design , or related field or related experience 1-3+ years of experience designing for exhibitions, trade shows, or retail environments Strong portfolio showcasing 3D booth/exhibition designs Proficiency in 3D design software such as: 3ds Max , SketchUp , Cinema 4D , or equivalent V-Ray , Corona , or other rendering tools Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop) Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar for technical layouts Excellent understanding of materials, structures, and fabrication techniques Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently Strong communication and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with international brands or global exhibitions Understanding of modular booth systems and fabrication processes Knowledge of AR/VR or real-time rendering platforms (e.g., Unreal, Twinmotion) is a plus What We Offer: Creative and collaborative work environment Opportunities to work on global exhibitions and high-profile events Professional growth and skill development How to Apply: Send your CV, portfolio, and a brief cover letter to hello@leonexhibit.com Subject: Application – 3D Exhibition Booth Designer
