Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities Manage ACMV projects including air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation, and ducting works Plan, coordinate, and supervise site installation activities Monitor project progress, work schedules, and manpower arrangements Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure all ACMV works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety regulations Attend site meetings and prepare project reports, progress claims, and documentation Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of ACMV systems Monitor project costs, materials, and site quality control Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly Ensure compliance with Singapore BCA and workplace safety requirements Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field Minimum 1–3 years of ACMV or M&E project experience preferred Knowledge of ACMV systems, ducting, chilled water, and ventilation systems Able to read and understand technical drawings and specifications Familiar with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications Good communication and coordination skills Able to work independently and under pressure Possess Class 3 driving licence is an advantage Knowledge of Singapore construction and safety regulations preferred
