Sales & Commercial Executive

Job Descriptions: Support regional sales activities, including sales forecasting, order fulfilment, and sales reporting. Coordinate export orders and liaise with internal departments and overseas distributors to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Support business development initiatives by working closely with regional distributors to identify market opportunities and support sales growth. Monitor distributor performance and prepare periodic sales and market reports. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and regional distributors by responding to enquiries and supporting day-to-day commercial operations. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support commercial and marketing initiatives. Coordinate product packaging artwork updates and support compliance with export market requirements. Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and the development of marketing collateral in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners. Maintain marketing materials, product information, and commercial documentation to support regional commercial activities. Assist with coordination of trademark-related documentation. Support ad hoc commercial projects and regional business initiatives as assigned. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related discipline. At least 4–6 years of experience in commercial sales, export sales, or regional business operations with exposure to international markets and distributor management. Experience in the FMCG, consumer healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industry will be an advantage. Customer-focused with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with distributors, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders to support commercial objectives. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills. Well-organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications. Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot will be anadvantage. Willing to travel overseas when required.
