Accounting Officer

Accounting Officer Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time About Us Level-Up Studio is a growing interior design and renovation company dedicated to delivering quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a meticulous and responsible Accounting Officer to join our team and support our daily financial operations. Key Responsibilities Handle full set of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Prepare quotations, invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and credit notes. Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding invoices. Process supplier invoices and prepare timely payments. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records. Assist in monthly financial closing and preparation of management reports. Prepare GST schedules and support tax-related submissions. (If Any) Process staff claims, petty cash, and expense reimbursements. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities when required. Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records. Support payroll processing and CPF submissions. Assist with budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis. Provide administrative support and undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by management. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience (experience in construction or interior design is an advantage). Familiar with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, or similar. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
