Installation of Industry Machinery and Equipment, Mechanical Engineering Works and Other Related Services Electrical Works, Electrical Wiring, Installation and Other Related Services Provision of M&E Engineering Services Job Summary You will lead and manage teams on-site to deliver engineering projects, preparing technical documentation and collaborating with Professional Engineers to drive project success and professional growth. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Internship Trainees and new site hires to achieve project objectives and foster skill development Execute project management tasks on-site to ensure timely and quality delivery of engineering works Prepare detailed test reports and method statements to document project implementation and compliance Perform ad hoc duties as required to support project and operational needs Collaborate with qualified Professional Engineers to gain mentorship and enhance technical expertise Apply practical engineering skills across commercial and railway engineering projects to deliver effective solutions Required competencies and certifications Diploma in Electrical Engineering Preferred competencies and qualifications Prior experience in engineering or management roles to support effective team leadership and project execution Possession of a Singapore Driver Licence to facilitate site mobility (preferred but not essential)
