Accounts Executive

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Accounts Executive duties and responsibilities are as follows: · Handle full set of accounts for monthly closing which includes :- Raise invoices Raise journals Input of invoices and payment of invoices Preparation of suppliers’ payment Cash book maintenance Cash flow projection Monthly Management Reports GST preparation and submission Tax preparation and submission Preparation and sending out the monthly Statement of Accounts to customers · Quarterly, half yearly and year-end financial closing. · Preparation of Financial Statements for year-end closing · Preparation of Audit Schedules · XBRL preparation and submission of Financial Statements · Assist in internal and external audit · Assist in tax and GST queries · Ensure compliances of Accounting standards and regulations · Other duties as assigned by Departmental Manager.
