About this role
Job Description Provide support in full spectrum of HR function including recruitment and selection, on-boarding and off-boarding, training, performance management and employee relations Recruitment and interview process Process work pass applications and renewals Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other related HR letters Maintain & upkeep on employee P-File (hardcopy & softcopy) Assist annual performance appraisal process Maintain leave and attendance records Responsible for registration & renewal of Coretrade, Multi-Skill, CSOC and other training courses Benefits and welfare administration Liaise with payroll vendor on payroll matters Assist in review of HR policies and procedures Process claim reimbursement Any other matters as required by Management Job Requirements At least 1 – 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field Experience with Times Software will be advantageous Strong knowledge of the labour law and other statutory requirements Possess good interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively while ensuring confidentiality Working Hours 5 Days' workweek
