Our client is seeking an experienced Total Rewards professional to drive organisation-wide compensation strategy, rewards governance and policy development within a highly matrixed environment supporting thousands of employees. This is a role for someone who enjoys solving complex people challenges, influencing senior stakeholders and balancing strategic thinking with operational execution. The Opportunity Reporting to senior HR leadership, you will lead the development and implementation of Total Rewards strategies that support workforce sustainability, talent attraction and organizational priorities. Working across diverse stakeholder groups, you'll provide thought leadership on compensation philosophy, policy design, salary benchmarking, governance and regulatory compliance while contributing to broader HR transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead the review and development of Total Rewards strategies and policies. Drive salary benchmarking, market analysis and remuneration governance. Partner senior leaders on compensation-related decisions. Lead annual remuneration exercises and reward programmes. Provide strategic advice on job evaluation, pay structures and workforce planning. Guide and develop a high-performing rewards team. Drive continuous improvement across rewards processes and systems. We're Looking For You'll likely bring: Extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards leadership. Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting complex remuneration data. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence senior leaders. Experience leading teams and navigating large, matrix organisations. A pragmatic, resilient and solutions-oriented approach. Why This Role?
