Key Responsibilities Focus on on-going business improvement projects specifically; - Creation and fine-tuning processes within the organisation; and - Participate in system enhancements discussion and its respective UAT; and - Championing the use of new business processes and systems. To work with Team Lead to liaise with external stakeholders for new onboarding of counter parties or to liaise with existing service providers to keep information up to date. To work with Client Advisors and Assistant Client Advisors to provide administrative support and maintaining the organisation of client data and records. Perform any other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the team. Qualifications & Skills Required Minimally a bachelor’s degree in finance, banking, business, and/or related fields. Prior internship experience in banks or immigration companies is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Basic understanding of financial markets and investment principles. Internship Duration Ability to commit to at least a 4-months internship. A 6-months internship is preferred.
