Business Development Executive (Recruitment) Basic Salary: $2500 - $3500 (subjected to work experience) + attractive commissions Job responsibilities: Identify and follow up new business opportunities in various sectors. Prepare proposals, quotation, and presentations for prospective clients. Conduct market research on potential clients and market trends. Support recruitment and work pass processes, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and application assistance. Coordinate with clients on their staffing requirements. Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations. Work closely with internal teams to support smooth execution of recruitment and business development activities. Provide general administrative support to the Executive Director, such as preparing meeting notes and managing follow-ups. Help with internal meetings and company activities. Handle documents and information with discretion. Requirements: Keen interest in driving business growth within the HR sector. Prior experience in recruitment, sales support, or administrative support is advantageous. Strong business acumen and sales driven. Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with Singapore manpower and employment regulations is a plus.
