Responsibilities · Assist the Chef de Partie in managing daily operations within the assigned kitchen section. · Prepare, portion, and organize ingredients according to kitchen requirements and standards. · Cook and prepare menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality guidelines. · Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety. · Support inventory management, stock rotation, and control food wastage. Requirements: · Passion for service and the F&B industry · Positive work attitude with strong team spirit · Preferably with experience in the culinary industry · Prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred. · Willingness to work on weekends, and public holidays as required.
