Responsibilities · Take ownership and manage an assigned kitchen section to ensure smooth daily operations. · Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, standards, and specifications. · Ensure all dishes meet quality, consistency, and presentation standards. · Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards within the assigned workstation. · Train, guide, and support junior kitchen staff to improve skills and performance. Requirements: · Strong attention to detail and a commitment to food quality and presentation · Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment · A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred. · Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
