Role: Freelance Livestream Admin Assistant Arrangement: Freelance / contract-for-service / session-based Rate: $12 per hour Estimated duration: Approximately 4 hours per livestream session, including preparation, live support, and wrap-up Role Overview LIKKA is looking for a reliable and fast-learning Freelance Livestream Admin Assistant to support our TikTok livestream sessions. This is a freelance, session-based role suitable for students or individuals looking for flexible part-time work. No prior livestream experience is required, but you should be responsible, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced live selling environment. Key Responsibilities Support the livestream host during live sessions by pinning products, checking product sequence, monitoring comments, and helping to ensure the livestream runs smoothly. Answer customer questions during the live and highlight important comments or issues to the host. Prepare for livestream sessions by checking product lists, stock availability, pricing, vouchers, and basic livestream flow before the session starts. Assist with simple packing or post-live admin after the livestream, where required. Help track products mentioned during the livestream and note down any stock, pricing, or customer-related issues. Follow the livestream SOP and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. Requirements No prior experience required, training will be provided. Prefer someone who have basic fashion product and sizing knowledge Comfortable speaking behind the camera Must be able to commit to 2-4 livestream sessions weekly (evening and weekends), usually around 4 hours per session including preparation, livestream support, and wrap-up. Responsible, punctual, and responsive. Able to multitask and stay alert during livestream sessions. Comfortable using TikTok, livestream platforms, spreadsheets, and basic admin tools. Good communication skills and able to work with the host and internal team during live sessions. Attention to detail, especially when checking product names, pricing, colors, sizes, and stock availability. Preferred Qualities Interest in fashion, TikTok, social media, or livestream selling. Fast learner with a positive attitude. Calm under pressure and able to react quickly during live sessions. Organised and able to follow instructions clearly. Able to spot issues and highlight them early.
