About this role

1. Key Account Management Manage assigned key accounts to achieve monthly sales and profitability targets. Drive sales growth, market share, and gross margin performance across assigned brands. Maintain sales forecast accuracy within ±15%. Coordinate and execute new product listings within agreed timelines. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement. Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction. Monitor competitors' activities and identify business growth opportunities. 2. Promotion Planning & Execution Develop and implement strategic promotional plans aligned with brand objectives. Analyse sales performance, product mix, and market trends to recommend effective promotional activities. Evaluate promotional performance and recommend improvements to maximise return on investment (ROI). Ensure promotional trade spending is accurately managed with zero costing discrepancies. Conduct regular trade visits to monitor merchandising standards, promotional execution, pricing, and product availability. Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of promotional campaigns. 3. Budget Management & Account Profitability Manage A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budgets for assigned accounts. Monitor promotional spending to ensure budgets are effectively utilised. Coordinate closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure promotional commitments are fulfilled. Analyse account profitability and recommend initiatives to improve business performance. Job Requirements Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent. At least 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry. Experience managing modern trade or key accounts will be an advantage. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Analytical with good business acumen and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office applications.
