Contract Manager

Key Responsibilities Administer construction contracts from tender award through project completion. Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and consultancy agreements. Advise project teams on contractual rights, obligations, and risk management. Prepare, review, and manage variation orders, payment claims, extension of time (EOT) submissions, and contractual correspondence. Ensure compliance with contractual terms, project specifications, and applicable Singapore regulations. Identify and assess contractual risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures. Support the resolution of contractual disputes through negotiation and documentation. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and legal advisers on contractual matters. Maintain accurate contract records and documentation. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Law, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in contract management within the construction industry. Good knowledge of Singapore construction contract law and contract administration. Familiarity with standard forms of contract such as PSSCOC, SIA, FIDIC, and REDAS . Ability to interpret contract clauses and manage contractual risks effectively. Strong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
