Project Manager

Responsibilities : Plan, manage, control, execute and closeprojects within contractual schedule and budgeted cost. To supervise a crew of carpenters in achievingproduction targets to meet project deadline. Perform quality check and ensure furniture arefabricated accordingly to construction drawing. Review drawings, design notes, and criticalspecifications. Attend site meetings, inspections, monitor andreport of project progress. Liaise and coordinate with related parties(e.g., authorities, clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers etc.) throughregular meetings to ensure conformity to specifications, quality and deliveryschedule. Supervision at project site to ensure smoothoperations. Ensure that staff and contractors carry out workin a safe manner. Monitor daily progress at project site. Report to management team on project status. Ensure up to date claims, obtaining approval forvariations order and prepare for billing. Ad-hoc duties. Requirements : Interior Design / Carpentry / Joinery knowledgepreferred At least 5 to 10 Year(s) of working experiencein the related field is required for this position Good team player and able to work independentlywith minimal supervision Able to start work within short notice
