We are a recruitment agency and currently we are representing a private bank to search for a Graduate Programme (IT) As a Graduate Programme (IT), you will join a structured graduate program within a leading private banking technology environment. You will gain hands-on experience across core banking systems, enterprise applications, and digital banking solutions while working alongside experienced technology professionals. During the program, you will: Develop practical knowledge of core banking platforms, system integration, application management, DevOps engineering, API management, front-end and back-end development, and process engineering. Support technology projects through hands-on assignments across multiple technical teams and specialist functions. Contribute to the stable, secure, and efficient operation of enterprise banking applications. Gain exposure to key banking domains, including Trading, Wealth Management, Portfolio Management, Client Management, Digital Channels, Compliance, and Tax Operations. Participate in structured learning and personalized technical development plans. Attend internal training programs covering topics such as project management, IT security, Agile methodologies, and software engineering best practices. Work towards industry-recognized certifications, including Core Banking Platform certifications, Cloud technologies, and ITIL. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (graduated within the last 18 months). Strong interest in technology with basic programming experience in Java, Python, PL/SQL, or similar languages. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Interest in financial services, banking technology, and digital transformation. Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work. Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, international environment. Looking to build a long-term career within the banking technology industry.
