Assistant BIM Manager[Central/BIM Management And Set Up BIM Execution Plan/Polytechnic Or Diploma For Architectural/Structural Drafting]

Job Scope Assist in BIM management activities, including the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) in accordance with project requirements. Attend and participate in BIM coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders. Review clash detection reports, coordinate resolutions, and prepare BIM presentations for project discussions. Coordinate and manage the preparation of as-built BIM models and documentation for project handover and client submission. Collaborate with Architectural, Structural, and M&E disciplines to develop, integrate, and maintain coordinated BIM models and drawings. Establish and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) to facilitate document control, information sharing, and project coordination between office and site teams. Ensure all project stakeholders, including main contractors and subcontractors, utilize BIM models as the primary source for shop drawing extraction and development. Verify consistency and alignment between 2D construction drawings and 3D BIM models throughout the project lifecycle. Develop templates and standards for Asset Information Models (AIM) to support facility management requirements and future BIM project tenders. Provide BIM-related support during tender stages, including reviewing BIM scope requirements and technical submissions. Attend technical and coordination meetings as required to support project execution and BIM implementation.
