IT Service Delivery Manager (12-Months Contract)

We are currently working with a leading global insurer to hire for an experienced IT Vendor & Technology Manager to oversee third-party technology partners and ensure the successful delivery of secure, high-quality IT services. Acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders and external vendors, you will drive vendor performance, governance, and service delivery while ensuring compliance with business and technical standards. This is a 12-month contract position. Key Responsibilities Manage relationships with third-party IT vendors and oversee service delivery. Translate business requirements into technical deliverables. Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations. Ensure solutions meet security, data governance, and quality standards. Act as the escalation point for technical and vendor-related issues. Collaborate with business, technology, security, and procurement teams to deliver successful projects. Drive continuous improvement through regular vendor reviews and governance. Requirements 5+ years' experience in Insurance/Reinsurance firm in IT Vendor Management, Service Delivery, Business Analysis, or IT Project Management Experience managing external technology vendors. Strong understanding of IT service delivery, governance, and security principles. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
