Senior Officer / Officer, Air Cargo (Cs)

Job Description: Liaising with Customers such as Airlines and Logistic Providers Actively engage with customers/suppliers on arranging their cargo by meeting their requirements and service standards Attend to customers' orders/enquiries/complaints in accurate manner (Customer Service) Provide customers with the best possible solutions for their logistical needs Ensure prompt response to email for both internal and external Planning, booking and tracking of shipments with Airlines Attend to any airline/terminal requests or amendments to ensure time uplift Permit declaration- Attend to query from the Singapore Customs such as Compound, refund or approval for Temporary permit Ability to communicate with the respective Controlled Agency when dealing with Controlled goods Maintain the Air Import/ Export administration of files and documentations Ensure accurate and timely billing to Customers Perform all duties with compliance to internal and external regulations and standards Meet KPI standards as per the company procedures and ISO standards Provide support toother tasks such as Warehouse operations, import/export documentation, customer services whenever assigned by the Superior. Participate and support in job rotation within the Air Cargo department to promote a learning & development culture. Any other duties assigned by the Superior Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma holder in logistics discipline At least 1 years of air freight related work experience Experience in handling custom permits Experience in CargoWise Able to work independently and as a team Good working knowledge for MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Good communication and interpersonal skills
