Role Overview The Medical Services Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient delivery of healthcare services and the seamless coordination of clinical operations within a lifestyle interventions clinic. Reporting to the Head of Center Operations, this role is responsible for supporting multidisciplinary teams, managing patient service flow, and ensuring that all medical services meet quality service expectations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, operations-savvy, and patient-focused, with strong understanding of compliance and service quality. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day medical services and multidisciplinary appointments (e.g. diagnostics, allied health) to ensure smooth patient journeys Oversee schedules, appointment flows, room allocations, and patient throughput efficiency Ensure operational readiness of clinical rooms and support smooth transitions between services Guide patients through each stage of their screening journey, escorting them between stations to ensure clarity, comfort, and minimal waiting time Provide a high-touch experience for all patients through timely, attentive, and personalised support, including serving refreshments and…
